I am taking a Japanese language research class taught by Michio Tsutsui, the co-author of the “Dictionary of… Japanese Grammar” series published by the Japan Times – easily the best reference books I encountered during my study of the language, and even more remarkably, not yet rendered obsolete by the digital revolution.
The class is centered around a self-directed research project, and I am thinking of using the opportunity to learn as much as I can about internet usage patterns in Japan.
